Creative Networks presents Martin Parr - 28/01/2010
On Thursday 28th January, the first Creative Networks of 2010 presents internationally acclaimed speaker and photographer, Martin Parr.
Martin Parr is probably one of the most influential living British Photographers still working today. With over fifty books and countless exhibitions, Parr is known for his lurid and sometimes shocking use of colour in photography, and his satirical witty approach to documentary photography leaves the viewer not sure whether to laugh or cry. Postgraduate Study Opportunities
Leeds Metropolitan’s Innovation North Faculty is offering some exciting Creative & Digital Postgraduate Study for January 2010. These include Music Technology, Sound Design, Games Design, Computing Animation, Digital Video & Special Effects, Creative Technology and Information Systems.

Quadrangle highlights new angles for business
On Wednesday 29 April, over 60 people from a variety of businesses across the north visited nti Leeds to find out about new and exciting ways to develop their products and their business.
Quadrangle brought together the 4 West Yorkshire Universities, 4iP, the Technology Strategy Board (TSB), Business Link and Knowledge Transfer Partnerships (KTP) to provide businesses with key information about current funding and partnership opportunities in the region. (more…)
