WYLUG Meeting
From January onwards the West Yorkshire Linux Users’ Group will pay a visit to their new venue here at Old Broadcasting house for their monthly meetings.
WYLUG is a self-help group for Linux and Open Source Software users in the West Yorkshire area, aiming to help themselves and other Open Source Software users, through meetings, mailing lists and their website.
The first meeting of 2009 will take place on Monday 12th January 2009 and officially starts at 7pm with the talk yet to be confirmed, but the room will be open for coffee, tea and chat from 6pm. Afterwards, there will be a trip to the Victoria pub, behind the Town Hall, for geeky chatter.
To become a WYLUG member, simply subscribe to the wylug-announcemailing list. Membership is open to anyone who thinks that it might be useful. For help with Open Source Software problems, subscribe to the wylug-helpmailing list. To fully participate in WYLUG, come to our monthly meetings in Leeds and stay for a drink or two afterwards. Here at nti, we look forward to hosting WYLUG in the future.
