Women in Games 2010
The seventh Women In Games invites technical and cultural business women to hear from top industry speakers around themes that include our preception of what constitutes ‘entertainment’, the affect of the recession, and the importance of gender.
Issues of special interest to women in the games industry will be brought to attention and address the games industry’s gender imbalance and develop a fuller understanding of games and game playing.
Academic and industrial perspectives on groundbreaking work in computer games research, games development and games education, will be highlighted throughout the two day event from 25th-26th March 2010.
