Here’s a great talent spotting opportunity - The second annual Computing Showcase is being held on the 12th of May at Leeds Metropolitan University’s Rose Bowl building. There will be the opportunity to view innovative student projects and presentations by Leeds Metropolitan Universities final year Computing students.

The keynote address will be given by Ian Mann MBA BEng CISSP QSA,  Senior Systems Consultant with, and founder of, ECSC Ltd - vendor independent information security specialists.

The student’s projects include:

• AI programming for 3D computer games using sources SDK and Unreal DK
• Website and database for a mobile beauty salon using PHP and MySQL
• Flash multimedia learning aid for Key Stage Level 1 children.
