PRINCE2® is a structured project management method that has become an effective standard for organising, managing and controlling all types of projects. Its reputation as a highly effective, process-based approach to project delivery is widespread across public and private sectors in the UK including the Yorkshire region, and further a field. Please note that this course involves approximately 20 hours of pre-course reading, which we advise you to start at least two weeks prior to the start of the course. The PRINCE2® Pre Course Reading Materials will be sent out in advance of the course for this purpose. On each evening of the course there will be homework to complete with sample questions to study which will be approximately 1 hour per evening minimum. An additional workbook folder will be issued as part of the course, this along with the textbook joining materials will be required for each day of the PRINCE2® course.
