Open Coffee Mornings
If you’re working in the creative or digital industries, Old Broadcasting House will be opening it’s doors for you to come hang out, chat, demo or just network with others… usually around 25-30 people each month… sometimes more.
Tea, coffee and cakes are available from about 10am until 12pm. You are more than welcome to stay and chat as long as you like! This is a great opportunity to meet like-minded people within the creative, digital industries and network in a relaxed and friendly environment. Feel free to come along, Open Coffee is held on the first Tuesday of every month.

Lovebytes - Festival of Digital Creativity and Culture
Lovebytes has returned to Sheffield in 2010 with a cultural festival for the digital age. The Museums Sheffield:Millennium Gallery forms the hub for a programme of special events between January and June 2010. A season of extraordinary events is taking place at some of Sheffield’s landmark venues and public spaces.
Lovebytes explores the creative impact of computers, new technology and digital culture. The theme for Lovebytes 010 is ‘digital craft’, looking at creative digital culture in context of traditional art and craft. (more…)

Echochroma V
Echochroma will be presenting an evening of electroacoustic music from 5pm on Monday 14th December.
Leeds Met Headingley Campus will be hosting the concert in the Jubilee Room, James Graham Building. Featured guest composers include Manuella Blackburn (MANTIS, Manchester University) and Dale Perkins (Leeds College of Music). Leeds Met Innovation North staff will also perform music, including Adam Stansbie, Nikos Stavropoulos and Stephen Kilpatrick.
All music will be performed using a 16-channel surround-sound diffusion system. This event has limited space so please arrive early to find an available seat.
Accidental Leaders and Managers Programme
Inspiral is teaming up with the world’s leading digital media and leadership educator, Hyper Island, to run two unique training courses in Yorkshire & Humber throughout January and February 2010.
