Friendly people and good facilities.
What do students get out of a training course at nti?
Experienced trainers who care, and good value for money. When delegates book with nti they are looked after before they arrive, whilst they are there and afterwards too.
What’s the funniest/strangest thing that’s ever happened to you while training?
Lots to choose from but maybe finding that my training room in Copenhagen had been taken over by a live broadcast team from Danish TV news. They were interviewing one of my delegates who didn’t want to miss any of the course so the film crew agreed to do the interview at 8.30am in the training room!

What do you do outside of work?
Play golf, spend time with my family especially my grand children, if I had known they were so much fun I would have had them 1st time round. I like to read, I enjoy many types of books.
Little-known fact:
I was the first woman to hold the position of ‘Chairman’ of The Warrington Tennis League.
