Pretty much anything, I’m a good listener. If I had to say “ask me about…” I like to talk about my kids and family.
What do you do outside work?
Entertaining my kids (I’m a big kid really) so anything goes: swimming, ice skating, theme parks, all-you-can eat Chinese buffets…. For a bit of grown-up fun, I like to do long distances on my motorbike exploring the UK and Europe. So far I’ve travelled across Sweden, Norway, Germany, Northern Ireland and - one my favourites - the west coast of Scotland.
Little-known fact:
I play the drums and was “professional” for about 12 years first appearing on stage at 11 with my family (no, not the Osmands or the Jackson 5!)
Nickname at school?
Animal - like the drummer from the Muppets ( I really did have long hair back then).
What do students get out of a training course at Nti?
They get access to the best, carefully selected trainers who have industry experience.
Best piece of feedback from a student?
I hold the “trainer with the best student feedback” award presented by Apple UK. Individual feedback that I like the best is when I read that the course was enjoyable, light-hearted but thorough. I believe that training should be a pleasure and not a chore.
